During the off season of the pool from September-May the activity/conference room and the admissions area are available for rent. Whether you are planning a social gathering for friends and family, a professional conference or need space for a club meeting, Oasis has the capacity to assist you in making your event successful. Check out the rates below. Free or reduced rates are available for non-profit or community events. Morning space is available from 6am-3:30pm. Earlier access can be accommodated upon request. Afternoon space is available from 4:00pm-11:00pm. Later access may be accommodated upon request. Half days rental spaces are from 6:00am-3:30pm or from 4:00pm-11:00pm.

• 5 – 8′ Conference tables and 2-6′ conference tables
• 6 – 5′ Round tables
• 55 Folding chairs
• Wi-fi, 55″ monitor (HDMI hook up) & decorative market lights
• Size and max occupancy of activity room: 32’X33′, 1056 sq. ft., 69
• Size and max occupancy of vaulted admissions area: 35’X35′ 1225 sq. ft., 96 (available September 10-June 1)
• Kitchen appliances available are: 3 compartment sink, refrigerator, ice maker, freezer other commercial appliances not available for public use.

*Half of the amenities are available when only one of the rooms is rented.
