TaiChi Fall 2022

Tai Chi is excellent training for
all ages as it helps the body and
mind with focus, coordination,
balance and memory, among many
other benefits. It decreases stress,
anxiety and depression as it boosts the mood and adds
energy (chi), stamina, strength, agility and flexibility to one’s
life. It helps reduce blood pressure, joint pain, and helps one
sleep better! As one engages both the body and mind, we will
be discovering the concepts of posture, balance, rotation,
energy, breathing,...as we move through the Tai Chi forms.
